1.自我介紹
I grew up in an English-speaking family and started my interpreting/translation career in 2011 as an escort interpreter for visiting scholars in NCKU. I’m a TOEIC - Gold certificate achiever, a Proficient User in The Common European Framework of Reference after the BULATS/Business Language Testing Service test. I completed Advanced Course of Sight and Oral Interpreting at School of Continuing Education, NTNU and Introduction to Conference Interpreting (Mandarin-English) at Graduate Institute of Translation & Interpretation at NTNU. I’ve been translating professional documents such as contract, disclaimer, ICF, protocol synopsis, CTA and so forth. My education background and working experience help a lot in adapting different cultures and professions in many fields, therefore I can offer versatile services with the best quality.
3.服務方式
I majored in Biotechnology while studied in Kaohsiung Medical University for my bachelor degree, and was graduated from The Graduate Institute for Legal Sciences, National Cheng Kung University. Therefore, I’m versatile and capable of translating documents in different aspects. I've offered service for companies in translating product instruction manuals/catalogue/guaranty, operation manuals, business plan, patent specifications, business contracts/agreements, letter of authorization, power of attorney, financial statement, website introduction, application form for certification or government projects for subsidy, meeting minutes for board of directors, e-mail records, also help to write in reply, and report progress in judicial cases by translating office action.
Also, I offer service to universities/institutions for academic research/government for translating memorandum of understanding (MOU), assignment of intellectual property, report on administrative status and legislative plan of each administrations, website introduction, flyers and posters in exhibition, school admission brochure for foreign students, and also receiving foreigner visitors/professors in any events, such as forums/seminars/conferences. My recent interpretation works includes 2015 MIT future city Demo Day in TAF innovation base; 2016 Thailand Board of Investment: investment in biotechnology industry conference in Regent Taipei Hotel; 2016 Vice-Chancellor and President University of Newcastle visit MOST, performing English presentation on behalf of Department of International Cooperation and Science Education; emcee of 2016 MOST academic-industrial collaboration seminar in National Cheng Kung University, Taipei Tech and Feng Chia University; in 2016 BOI investment in electronics and electrical Industries conference in Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel and have served BOI until now.
